Key Holding & Alarm Response

Our Keyholding and Alarm response service is a very cost effective way of protecting your property and assets and it ensures that our clients are not disturbed in the middle of the night should the alarms be triggered.  Clients who use Castle Security for their Alarm response know that in the event of an activation our Security staff will be deployed immediately by our Control room to attend.  Our staff will always check the perimeter and the premises will be fully searched to determine the cause of the Alarm activation. 

If an intruder alarm has been deemed to be faulty we can ensure that the building is not left vulnerable by having a member of the Security team remain on site until an engineer calls to repair the alarm.  Full and detailed reports are always provided along with a telephone call the following morning from our Office staff to keep our clients fully informed.
