Security staff are, due to the nature of their role, likely to find themselves in conflict situations- this could be described as an occupational hazard. Having identified the hazards associated with a particular job role it is important to establish ways in which the risks can be eliminated or, at the very least, minimised.
By reducing the risks you are making positive steps to avoid conflict ever arising in your premises in the first place which is good for your staff, good for your customers, and good for your business.
